Hey there, wonderful families! I’m so excited to welcome you all back for a fun-filled, spooktacular October at Kids ‘N Colors Daycare in Lancaster, CA! We’ve got so many exciting activities planned for the month ahead, including Halloween-themed projects, fun crafts, and our much-anticipated Annual Halloween Party! Little House: Fun Learning and Halloween Adventures! 🎃✏️
This October, our young learners in Little House will be exploring all kinds of new and exciting topics. We’ve put together a curriculum that’s engaging, educational, and fun, making sure your child gets the most out of every day. Here’s what we’re focusing on this month:
- Shapes: Crescent, Pentagon
- Social Studies: Transportation
- Science: Pumpkins, Body Parts (X-rays), and Fire Safety
- Alphabet: Letters Gg-Jj
- Numbers: 9-12
- Virtue: Trust
We’ll also be adding a creative twist to all of these topics with Halloween-themed crafts and activities. Whether it’s decorating spooky Halloween cookies or working on cool science projects, your child will have plenty of fun while learning. And of course, they’ll love celebrating Halloween in their costumes on Thursday, October 31st! Don’t forget, they’re welcome to bring yummy nut-free candy and snacks to share with their friends. 🎃🍬
Bungalow: Learning Support & Halloween Fun! 📚🎨
Over in the Bungalow, we’re ready to help our school-aged learners with all their academic needs. Whether it’s homework help, tutoring, or preparing for upcoming tests, we’ve got the support system your child needs to succeed. Our team is here every step of the way to ensure your child gets the help they need.
But just because school is in session doesn’t mean the fun stops! We’ve got a month full of Halloween-themed crafts and activities to keep the creativity flowing. The kids in the Bungalow will be working on spooky crafts that get them into the Halloween spirit, all while learning and having a blast.
We’re also gearing up for Spirit Week and, of course, our big Halloween Party on Thursday, October 31st! The kids are welcome to come dressed in their costumes and bring some yummy nut-free candy or snacks to share with their friends. It’s always a highlight of the year, and we can’t wait to celebrate with everyone! 🎃🍭
